Harbor of Dreams
When seeing a row of small harbor houses in the South of Sweden, my imagination was triggered to create a whole mountain out of them. Near the water I only kept one young woman, seated next to her boat. It could be a scene of a Wes Anderson movie or a story you as the viewer can make up.

About Artist
Paul Brouns
I am a photographing artist based in The Netherlands. In 1990 I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Tilburg specializing in photography, painting and drawing. Since the development of digital photography my camera and computer have become my main tools for creation. Because of my fascination with patterns, music scores, systems of writing and other graphic structures, my work always has been inhabited by geometric shapes, lines and rhythm. My current passion is the abstract beauty of architecture. Through my photographic compositions I hope to inspire and touch people's souls.
