About Artist

Daniele Cascone

Daniele Cascone (Ragusa, 1977) began his artistic journey in 2001. His work is marked by experimentation, blending digital techniques with more traditional tools. He explores photography, stop-motion, and video. His activity led him to found several visual arts projects, including the web magazine Brain Twisting. At the same time, he began exhibiting both in Italy and abroad, and his works have been featured in numerous industry publications. By the end of 2008, photography became the predominant medium in his artistic research, for which he uses studio sets to stage the scenes that define his work. His practice is a constant search for balance between creative impulse and technical execution—an approach necessary to explore themes such as humanity, existence, the subconscious, and symbolism.
