Born in London, Anthony Carr is a Canadian-based visual artist working in photography, sculpture and moving image. Carr’s work has been exhibited in galleries and film festivals throughout the UK, and internationally in countries across four continents. In 2021 Carr was awarded the inaugural Glover Rayner Prize in sustainable photography and a Greenlight film production grant from MediaNet (Canada). His artwork has been published in float magazine (USA), PhotoEd magazine (Canada) and Kalamari Klub's maybe. magazine (Germany) amongst others. Carr was also shortlisted in the Fujifilm Award for Innovation category of the 2022 Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year.
