I am deeply inspired by everything I encounter in life, without & within. What most people quickly disregard, I stop & linger at - I consider all the beauty I find each day to be a minuscule part of the Great Mundane, & I find it truly joyful. My work is a life-long endeavor to share all that fascinates me with others; to provide a different perspective; to invite thought & introspection. I have been a photographer since 2001, & an artist my entire life. My background consists of both the classical fine arts rooted in drawing, painting, & sculpture, as well as the graphical arts with an emphasis on clean lines & deliberate, if often simplified compositions. The subject matter I capture embodies the entirety of our shared human experience--the people we encounter, things we create/ use, & the places we visit or occupy.
