A native of Poland, Kinga Owczennikow is an emerging art photographer who considers her practice as a place with no borders and no names. She has resided in Hong Kong, Viet Nam, Bhutan, South Africa, and several European countries including Albania and the United Kingdom. A wanderer moved by intuition and a city explorer, she shoots both analogue and digital with an insatiable curiosity for the underlying mystery of things. A contributor to HK Magazine, F-Stop Magazine, and Photo Vogue, she also regularly participates in group shows curated by the PH21 Gallery in Budapest, Hungary. Her photographs have been exhibited in group shows in France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and the United States. Ms. Owczennikow was a finalist in the competition titled "Mediterranean Spirit" at the PhotoMed Awards, 2016, and a finalist in the Association of Photographers Student Awards, 2019 in the category "Places" (single photo) and the AOP Student Awards, 2020 in the category "Things" (series).
