Whether capturing gritty images of urban life in his native DC or colorful photos of sun-soaked streetscapes in Palm Springs—where he currently resides, Miles Harrison Carter’s work runs the gamut. He holds a bachelor's degree in art from James Madison University and has been featured in numerous photography shows including Exposed DC, "For the Record" presented by the Historical Society of Washington, DC, and the Miami Street Photography Festival.
