As it passes through the stems of these plants, which found everywhere in public gardens, the light brings out the lines and reveals what we can't see. Working with a macro lens, some parts of the leaves remain blurred, and the whole becomes very aesthetic, bordering on abstract composition.

Now that I'm retired, I can devote much more time to photography and take my artistic approach further. I'm interested in many fields, but I'm especially drawn to nature when it can be aestheticized and made dreamlike or abstract. I also like photos with highly structured elements, such as can be found in cities. Finally, I also like to be surprised and take photos on the fly.
