Vlad Hrynko is a visual artist based in Kyiv, Ukraine. His main mediums are color, photography and digital media. Background in computer science informs his work as a photographer, resulting in images that challenge traditional notions of reality and push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of photography.
Initially starting as a hobbyist architecture and street photographer, changed his course to something more fine art and abstract after attending some courses at Kyiv Photography School. Inspired by that, he started creating something new and revisiting already existing material. That led to somewhat unexpected results - participation in some local exhibitions. Also some of the works were recognized in photo contests, such as ND Awards, Budapest International Foto Awards, Tokyo International Foto Awards.
His sources of inspiration include abstract art painters, computer graphics techniques, digital artists and generative art.
