I'm a full-time Dairy Farmer living in the North Island of New Zealand. I have two children and have completed a diploma in Agri-business Management. At age 17, I brought my first DSLR Film Canon Camera and Photography has been a hobby for me ever since. My subject matter has mostly been centered around photos of friends at parties with a few landscapes and nature photography on the side. I've always been an artistic person but never really found a type of art I could be really passionate about. It wasn't until a few years ago when my sister got married and her photographer pulled out last minute (and of course I had to step in) that my creative side started to kick into gear again. Of course I really had no idea what photographing a Wedding would be like, so I dove in the deep end with an average Canon camera, one spare battery and a slightly bigger memory card, however I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of being creative on the fly. After my first wedding, I realized that I needed to upgrade my Camera gear, so I purchased a Canon 90D and started to teach myself about photography, learning all I could from online tutorials, as I had been living in "Auto mode" for far too long. I'm inspired by all different types of photography and don't believe in limiting myself to one subject or type of photography.
