About Artist
Patricio Gomez
With almost six decades in tow, I formalized my photographic instinct only in the second decade of the 21st century. My passion for photography is fueled by the artistic observation of my surroundings, which has been an inspiration even in recent times of pandemic. For me, photography is a visual language as well as a means of artistic expression, which has allowed me to reflect on a creative heritage that has existed for generations in my family. My main development vein is an atypical combination of architectural photography with urban photography, which has materialized mainly in captures that highlight aged textures, powerful colors and unobserved geometries in architecture. I am motivated by finding different perspectives, volumes and colors for the objects and places that surround me.
