Canines of Cuba, A Fated Photographic Journey

I fell in love with Cuba the moment I landed. Halfway through the trip, I suffered a devastating family loss. Try as I may, it was impossible to get an emergency flight home so in a surreal and shattered state I spent my remaining days sitting on sidewalks in Havana and Trinidad. With my camera in hand, the street dogs welcomed me. Three years on, I returned to the island hoping to complete 'The Canines Of Cuba.' Born of a broken heart, this body of work became the gift that helped heal my soul.
