These images are made from shots of single leaves. The idea was to multiply the respective shot for a final image and to arrange them in such a way that the image area will be covered as completely as possible. The overlaps add in an unexpected way to the composition.

About Artist
Fritz Mehner
Born 1951 in Schwetzingen, and now living in Schwielowsee, Brandenburg, Germany, since 2016. My professional and scientific career as a computer scientist brought me from Karlsruhe to Hagen, Dortmund, and Iserlohn. I retired in 2015. Since about 2013 I am more intensively involved with photography.
