Madelief de Korte (11-06-2000) is a photographer based in the Netherlands. She studied photography at Sintlucas Eindhoven from 2016 to 2020. She then continued studying for a bachelor's degree in photography at the LUCA school of arts (Narafi) in Brussels, where she obtained her diploma Magna Cum Laude in 2023. You can recognize her art work by its abstraction and minimalism, yet with a message. She finds inspiration from her own life events or in her dreams. She mainly works in the studio and does everything herself from start to finish. From concept, styling, decor, and photography to the finishing edit touch of her images. She works everything out to perfection and is highly focused on detail. Her work has been exhibited at various (inter)national locations, including Amsterdam, Ghent, Leuven, Brussels, Berlin, Paris, London, and even Africa. In addition to her exhibitions, Madelief gives inspiring lectures and works as a freelance photographer for various clients. With her sharp eye for detail and distinctive artistic vision, she has already won numerous prestigious awards. She was named FEP Best Young Photographer of Europe 2024, MPN Best Photographer of the Year 2025, and won gold in the Fine Art category at the London Photography Awards 2025. And that’s not all, her collection of awards is already becoming quite extensive.
