Hyena and a Buffalo carcass
A Hyena and a Buffalo carcass. A tenacious hyena lugs away the spoils of a midnight feast – one last prize from a lion pride’s conquest over a buffalo. Strength and cunning are the currency of survival, and on this first day of the year, fortune favoured the scavenger. Maasai Mara, Kenya.
