Emotive Dominion
Emotive Dominion portrays the thoughts of the mind and emotions of the heart through the actions of the hands. And, other than perhaps size and strength differences, the efforts of elite athletes are gender neutral, as to passion, desire and the will to excel and to win.
About Artist
Ted Rigoni
An inquisitive individual, Ted Rigoni strives to capture the underlying emotions and overarching themes found within his imaging destinations. Whether imaging dark, dingy, and sometimes dangerous alleyways, mysterious fog-shrouded forests, windswept high desert vistas, athletic competition, or leveraging natural and manmade shapes and forms into unique artistic expressions, he strives to create images that consciously originate in his mind as representing America’s uniquely western narrative. When not pursuing prep sport imaging, Rigoni can be found in America's lonely, abandoned and forgotten places, pursuing one-of-a-kind images of our distinctive landscapes. He states, "The American west is my studio." Since he doesn't play golf and has no grandkids (yet), Rigoni makes up for lost time after an engineering career spanning nearly four decades traveling up to 90 days each year, testing the boundaries of his technical talents and emotional intelligence, chasing awe-inspiring images.
