Dusk Encounter

Photographed in La Ventana, Mexico, during our return to shore at sunset. An orca suddenly surfaced and breached directly in front of us, illuminated by the last golden light of the day. This image captures a fleeting and unforgettable encounter with one of the ocean’s most magnificent predators.
