Climing tree
At some point the mothers emerged from the tall grass, led the way, with the cubs behind them. Suddenly the mothers climbed a tree, the cubs followed—it looked as if they were teaching them to climb. We stayed with the 2 lion families for over 4 hours until they disappeared again into the tall grass
About Artist
Mirjam Radke
I'm Mirjam Radke – a passionate globetrotter and (hobby) photographer, born in 1984. I grew up in the "Liebliches Taubertal" in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Since 2008, I've been proud to call Munich my new home. Since 2015, I've been traveling regularly – mostly alone – with my OM SYSTEM (formerly Olympus) cameras. Currently, my two OM-D E-M5 accompany me both above and below the water's surface. Underwater, I also use my Olympus TG-Tracker.
