Chain Surfers

Young men ‘chain surf’ at a Sydney rockpool, challenging the crashing waves, sometimes swept away, and swimming back for more. The pool was officially closed but nothing would stop the thrill-seekers. I was fascinated with the group looking on, not brave enough, or maybe too smart, to join in
