Thierry Lavé has pursued his passion for photography since the age of 18. His work balances realism and abstraction, seeking to capture fleeting emotions through light, silence, and refined composition. Inspired by the meditative vision of Hiroshi Sugimoto, Mark Rothko, and Gustave Courbet, his photography explores the subtle dialogue between nature and self — between movement and stillness, presence and absence. Exhibited in Switzerland, France, and beyond — including Basel, Geneva, Zürich, Venice, Paris, and Monte Carlo — Thierry’s work has received several international awards, among them the Fine Art Photography Awards and Chromatic Awards.
