Based in Osaka, Japan, I am a photographer drawn to the quiet beauty of everyday life and the subtle presence of people within it. I began photographing in the summer of 2021, initially taking portraits of my partner as a way to document our shared moments. What started as a personal record soon evolved into a deeper exploration of how human emotion and environment coexist within a single frame. My work often centers around ordinary scenes—streets at night, gentle light through a window, a fleeting expression—where something familiar transforms into something quietly poetic. Even when photographing landscapes, I find myself wanting to include people or the traces of their presence. I am fascinated by the intersection between human life and the passage of time, and how photography can turn small, unremarkable moments into lasting memory. Since 2022, I have participated in several group exhibitions in Kyoto and Osaka. Each exhibition has encouraged me to reconsider how photography connects people—not only through what is shown, but through what is felt beyond the frame. Through my practice, I seek to express the warmth, fragility, and continuity of life as seen in everyday moments. My photographs are less about capturing perfection and more about finding emotion within imperfection—where light, time, and presence align just long enough to reveal something quietly human.
