About Artist
Aaron Lynton
Aaron Lynton is an award-winning fine-art photographer and filmmaker based on Maui, Hawaiʻi. His work explores the natural world through light, movement, scale, and the relationship between life and its environment. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Lynton earned a B.F.A. in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and is a PADI Divemaster and F.I.I. Level 1 freediver. Working across ocean, wildlife, landscape, and night photography, he is drawn to fleeting moments and environments that reveal a sense of wonder, stillness, and scale. Through his photography, Lynton seeks to move beyond documentation—to create images that evoke emotion, transport the viewer, and inspire a deeper connection to the natural world.
