In my photos of the natural world, I try to capture moments of magical realism. By fortuitous design, experimental abstraction, and an intuitive sense of composition I invite the viewer to experience the beauty of our world. From the geologic scale of mountainscapes, to the magnified views of insects from everyday places, I offer you a journey of awe and wonder. My studies from Barcelona and Japan capture a feeling and mood from my travels to those places over the years. I offer a quiet, compassionate and often poignant view.
