With over 34 years of experience in IT, I am a seasoned software developer. Although I run my own software company and hold proprietary brands and intellectual property, I have never given up my lifelong passion for photography, nature, and wildlife—especially my deep enthusiasm for bird photography. In pursuit of the graceful “spirits of the sky,” I have pushed through leech-filled rainforests in Southeast Asia, trekked across tiger-haunted landscapes of the Indian subcontinent, climbed muddy 45-degree slopes in the mountains of Luzon, roamed the wilds and jungles of Australia, and waited patiently on the dry riverbeds of Africa. To capture satisfying portraits and vivid moments, I have embraced every part of the journey—enriching my experiences and savoring the joy that comes with them. Bird/Wildlife photography has taken me to places I would never have imagined visiting, introduced me to unexpected people and stories, and brought me friends I never thought I would meet. It has broadened my horizons, expanded my knowledge, and filled my life with countless memories. Through it all, I have gained a deeper sense of love, appreciation, and respect for nature, for the world we live in, for the environment around us, and for the living beings that share it with us.
