I was born in Sydney, Australia. From a young age I have always enjoyed the outdoors and nature. Surfing has played a huge part in my life, the ever-changing ocean and the environment around it has always left me with a feeling of freedom and peace. I picked up a camera a few years ago after receiving it as a gift for Fathers Day. Working full time and having 4 children restricted my time so I started to look in my own garden for inspiration and direction to put my camera to use. My Macro photography story began. Over time I branched out to landscape photography. My photography hobby had now turned into an obsession with passion to continue to capture the perfect shot no matter what the subject. Photography has given me many opportunities to look at the world through totally different eyes.
