This is Owara Kazenobon, a traditional dance from Yatsuo Town in Toyama, Japan. It is usually performed in the streets of Yatsuo, but I imagined that a beautiful harmony could emerge if this elegant dance were performed by the sea in Toyama. So, I captured this scene.

About Artist
Kaede Tsuji
Graduated from Kansai Gaidai University. Spent a year studying film and photography at Portland State University in Oregon, USA, as an exchange student during the third year of university. After graduation, returned to Toyama and worked as a photographer at a local photo studio in Toyama City for three years. Later transitioned into education and is currently working as a high school English teacher, while actively pursuing a career as a fine art photographer.
