Alireza Bagheri Sani was born in 1984 in Gorgan, Iran, and currently lives in Tehran.
He began his artistic career in 2007 (1386 in the Iranian calendar).
He received his degree in Filmmaking from the Iranian Youth Cinema Society in 2018 and earned a certificate in Film Directing from Hilla Film School in 2001.
Later, he was involved in screenwriting as well as the production of short and documentary films.
Since 2018, he has been professionally active in photography, focusing on minimalism and storytelling within conceptual, street, and landscape categories.
His notable contributions to photography have earned him several awards in international competitions.
His special technique in his work is based on the formula 1+1=3.
In his view, the first “1” represents the subject, the second “1” represents photography equipment and techniques, and the final result, “3,” represents his unique perspective and point of view — his personal method.
He works through three stages: pre-production, production, and post-production.
His photographs have inspired many enthusiasts of conceptual and fine art photography.
