Welcome to my underwater world. My name is Dasha. I am a freediver, an underwater photographer, and an environmentalist by education and by heart. I live on Panglao Island in the Philippines. My life is made of dives with whale sharks, dolphins, manta rays, and turtles, where every frame is a fragment of a world you simply cannot help but fall in love with. Underwater photography has become my way of telling stories about beauty and fragility, about a world we enter only for a moment without disturbing its peace, and about that delicate balance between us and the ocean. For me, it matters deeply that when people look at my images, they don’t just admire the ocean, but feel its heartbeat and want to keep it alive.
