I am an Ukrainian photographer living in Germany specialized on still life photographies. I love to combine different colors and forms of fruits, vegetables and flowers. Some of my still lifes are similar to the works of classical photographers and Dutch painters – as we have known them for centuries. Supplemented by my contemporary interpretations. Other photos stand out for their minimalistic style. My latest project: I use geometric figures made of paper. These figures hold objects that I photograph in my still lifes. They symbolize stability that no longer seems to exist today - because of politics, war or instability. My work shows how we all seek this stability.
