Gentle Giants
Each winter, Maui's warm waters become the haven for Humpback whales. Here, life grows quickly in quiet trust - guided, protected and taught through closeness. Like us, these gentle giants grow with care and patience.

About Artist
Aaron Lynton
Aaron Lynton is an award-winning fine-art photographer and filmmaker based on Maui, Hawaiʻi. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, Lynton earned a B.F.A. in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and is a PADI Divemaster and F.I.I. Level 1 freediver. Working across ocean, wildlife, landscape, and night photography, he is drawn to fleeting moments and environments that reveal a sense of wonder, stillness, and scale.
