Tomás Andonie is a 22-year-old Chilean astrophotographer whose work focuses on capturing the beauty of the night sky above some of Chile’s most remarkable landscapes. With nine years of experience in photography and five years dedicated exclusively to astrophotography, he seeks to showcase the connection between Earth and the cosmos through his images.
His work has been recognized by organizations including National Geographic, BBC, and the European Space Agency (ESA). Beyond photography, Tomás is a mountaineer and mountain rescuer with the "Cuerpo de Socorro Andino", experiences that allow him to explore remote locations and document the night sky from unique perspectives.
Currently, he combines his passion for astronomy, exploration, and photography to share the wonders of Chile’s world-class dark skies.
