About Me Hi there, I’m Donna! 📸 My love affair with photography started when I was just a kid growing up. In fact, my dad used to joke, "You always have a camera stuck to your face!" Decades later, not much has changed. I am still completely captivated by the art of freezing a moment in time, and I am a proud, active member of the Central Coast Leagues Club Camera Club. My Passion & Niche For me, photography is all about capturing the heartbeat of daily life right here on our beautiful Central Coast. My absolute favourite subjects are my cheeky grandsons and the stunning, raw nature that surrounds us. While I love documenting family and wildlife, I also keep my mind—and my lens—wide open. I am incredibly passionate about photographing anything that catches my eye, from a sudden burst of golden hour light to the quiet textures of the bush. Lately, I have been looking up at our beautiful night skies. I am completely keen on mastering the art of astrophotography, often heading out to the iconic Catherine Hill Bay to try and capture the spectacular glow of the Milky Way. Over the years, I have also had the absolute privilege of shooting a few beautiful weddings and milestone family events, helping neighbours and friends preserve their most precious memories. My Approach I believe the best photos aren't rigidly posed—they are felt. My goal is always to create images that feel warm, genuine, and filled with life. Whether I’m chasing my grandkids around the park, waiting out on the beach in the dark for the stars to align over the old jetty, or documenting your family's next big celebration, I bring a relaxed, friendly, and joyful energy to every single click of the shutter.
