About Artist
Ivan Gabaldon
My career in photography more than three decades, having worked extensively for editorial publications (newspapers, magazines and books) as well as for corporate and advertising clients, while also developing personal lines of artistic work. I'm currently based in the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. Ongoing projects include a street photo series on downtown Merida and a series of leaf studies that use deep-focus techniques to elevate these humble subjects to the status of actual models for the study of shape, texture, color and nature's ability for design.
