Eye of the future

The  mahout and his elephant at Ban Ta Klang village of Surin province, Thailand.  The villagers raise elephants like a friend. They sleep under the same roof as the owner until the elephants become similar to being a part of the family. This has caused a strong bond between humans and the elephants

Suri people live in the Omo Valley of Ethiopia. They are the most beautifully decorated and are renowned for their decoration ,  through painting, scarification and adornment with flowers and other natural objects.   This portrait series of Suri children I use body languages meaning protection.
