Rahshia Sawyer's artistic accomplishments are marked by the prestigious 2012 Contemporary Talents award from France's François Schneider Foundation. Global exhibitions include the Inaugural Dublin Biennial and numerous group shows across North America, Europe, and the United States. Rahshia holds a Master of Fine Arts from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Corcoran College of Art & Design. Her work is featured in collections at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, the François Schneider Foundation, and the Radford University Museum. Awards from IPA and Px3 and recently winning the 2022 Julia Margaret Cameron Women Seen by Women series highlight Rahshia's artistic commitment.
