The red-eyed leaf frog is a very popular amphibian species in Costa Rica. Most notable are its large red eyes with vertical pupils. Although its beauty lies in the combination of colors that make up its body. This set of photographs was taken in the La Fortuna region, in northern Costa Rica.

The hypnotic red-eyed leaf frog

13 August 2022, we found ourselves in Svalbard. In the zodiacs, we sighted a polar bear family made up of a mother with her two small cubs. In the picture we can see the adult female smelling our scent to determinate if we are threat to her two cubs or just potential food.
