Bio
Growing up in the Food universe for many years (pastry and cuisine diplomas, then Food design initiation) until he has become an authentic "Foodie", Olivier started to shoot culinary conceptual & Still Life photography more intensively 6 years ago (2020) although he touched his first personal camera in 2014. The photography is now a whole aspect of his life not only with a way of expression itself but also because it's an Art-therapy, so a daily necessary thing. He used to represent various subjects often with a near-minimalistic and modern context that surround it and not only likes exploring abstract forms and set an experimental approach but he also often loves evoking asymmetric forms just like Food's richness can reflect to. This is born with his encounter with Zen philosophy, specifically with the posture encompassed by Wabi-Sabi notion. His acquaintance for macrophotography is equally high and is an unaltered playground for exploring everyday textures, sometimes raw, sometimes equivocal, fascinating for sure!
