Nurse sharks are often drawn to the lights of dive liveaboard in the Maldives, hoping for an easy meal. I captured this one using a slow shutter speed and a flash to create the movement.

The beauty of Misool

I'd been hoping to create this image for 3 years, finally everything lined up and I was able to capture this whale shark swimming over white sand in clear blue water. It looks tranquil but the sea was really rough and I really had to work for this image!
