Bio

I'm an editorial designer and illustrator with a passion for photography. I was born in Cuba in a Catalan family and grew up in the U.S. My experience and training in the visual arts and my ethnic background are the biggest influence in my photography. I'm emotionally connected to the world around me from people to architecture. I love b/w photography for its purely poetic play with light and shadow. But, I'm also drawn to color. After a long and successful career in editorial design and illustration, I'm turning my full attention to my photography work. I'm full of enthusiasm and eager to learn with every press of the the shutter.
