Megan, known online as oyw, is a Hong Kong–based street photographer with a nomadic soul. Having traveled across twenty countries and four continents since childhood, she discovered her true artistic home in the vibrant, unscripted life of Asian streets. Juggling the demands of a data-driven world, Megan turns to photography as her quiet rebellion—a way to reclaim slowness in a region that never stops moving. Through her lens, chaotic sidewalks become lyrical, fleeting glances turn into stories, and the ordinary hum of urban life reveals its hidden poetry. Her work blends social documentary with an emotive, textural style, capturing the raw yet delicate interplay of light and humanity.
