Bio

Louis Ouimet is a small business owner in Edmonton Alberta, Canada. He got his first camera at an early age and always loved taking photos. He got some experience with developing film and prints in junior high school and talked his Dad into setting up a darkroom in the basement. Though earning a living and raising a family kept photography at the hobby level he never lost the enjoyment of taking images. The digital age really brought excitement and passion back into his photography. The ability to endlessly experiment with new techniques and different subjects. Today he mostly concentrates on landscape and travel photography and is always striving to get better.
