Bio

I was born and raised in Germany, in the greater Bremen area. My professional background is in International Management and Procurement, where I worked for more than 10 years. Photography, however, has always been a passion of mine — one that has gradually evolved into my profession. During my first 2.5-year world trip (2017–2020), I travelled through parts of Asia, Australia, and Africa. Along the way, I participated in a four-week Wildlife Conservation Photography project in the Greater Kruger Area in South Africa, worked as a photographer in Melbourne, Australia, and discovered scuba diving in the Coral Triangle. This marked the beginning of my passion for underwater photography and marine conservation. My second world trip took place from April 2024 to May 2025, taking me through parts of Asia, North America, Central America, and the Arctic Region, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Canada, the USA, Belize, Mexico, and Iceland. More recently, I spent another three months travelling through Australia, Indonesia, and China — continuing to explore, photograph, and experience different landscapes, cultures, and wildlife. Today, I am pursuing photography as my full-time career, with a focus on Travel, Nature, Wildlife, and Underwater Photography. I am particularly passionate about documenting the beauty and diversity of the natural world and creating images that inspire curiosity, connection, and a greater appreciation for our planet. Whenever possible, I combine my travels with wildlife and marine conservation projects. These experiences allow me to get closer to the subjects I photograph while giving me a deeper understanding of the ecosystems and species I want to capture and share through my work.
