Bio
I am Hungarian photographer and graphic artist (born in Budapest, currently living in Dakar, Senegal), graduated from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. I have published several book covers and posters and worked with Auto2 magazine as art director. “Her photographic works represent a remarkable and unique perception of beauty in its many forms. Warm and exotic, she presents a real knowledge of the world rather than photography, allowing us to discover new wonders that she reveals. People are an important part of his artistic imagination, his powerful photographs reveal the essence of a people who have lived in conflict for years and are moving towards freedom by reducing poverty. In recent years, he has spent much time in Africa, particularly in Senegal, where he has taken portraits, street photographs and still lifes, documenting scenes of everyday life, traditions and struggles in Senegal. The "Laamb" , a centuries-old sport that is as much spiritual as it is physical, where no wrestler enters the ring without ritual preparation, with or without a "marabout".” I believe that the concept of photography is not only a faithful reproduction of reality, but also a way of showing emotions and human relationships, as well as a form of communication between the photograph and the viewer. The camera is not only a technical tool for the realization of art, but also a catalyst for the unfolding and expression of emotions. Among other prizes, I won the André Kertész International Photography Competition (2009) and my work have been exhibited in Luxembourg, Brussels, London, Hungary, Rome, Milan, Malaga, Berlin, Dakar, Zurich, Argentina, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and the United States.
