This is the very moment the Torre dei Conti, by Rome's ancient forum, suffered its second, tragic collapse in a day. This collapse forced firefighters to pull back while they tried to free trapped worker Octay Stroici.  Octay was rescued after 11 hours of risky attempts but died at the hospital.
